Our products come with detailed installation instructions and all necessary hardware. The standard package will come with an installation kit and have pre-drilled mounting holes in the neon sign. We only send hanging chain if you request them.

For waterproof option of pre-designed neon sign, you need to pay an extra fee of 79 USD. Please add this fee to cart and pay as product: https://neongrand.com/products/extra-fee-for-waterproof-option

Note: For pre-designed products, the first size is the minimum size & we cannot provide a waterproof option for this size. Please choose bigger size.
