A PNG or JPG is fine to start. For the sharpest result we prefer a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), but if you only have an image, send it — our team will check it and let you know if we need a higher-resolution version before production.

It depends on your wall, the viewing distance and your logo's shape. As a rule of thumb, reception and interior walls suit 25–40 in, while storefronts and large lobbies read better at 40–70 in. Send us your wall dimensions or a photo and we'll recommend the size that fits.

The sign runs on safe 12V low voltage, but the included transformer connects to your building's mains power (110–265V). Because that final connection is to your mains, we recommend having a licensed electrician complete the hookup — most professionals do it in under an hour. The included 1:1 template and hardware make positioning and fixing the sign straightforward: tape up the template, drill the marked points, feed the low-voltage lead through, and press the sign onto its studs and adhesive. Your custom sign, the mounting hardware kit (M4 studs and wall anchors), the transformer/power supply, and a full-size 1:1 installation template so the sign lines up perfectly on your wall. You'll supply your own drill, adhesive and painter's tape for the install.

Your sign is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use. (Warranty covers the product itself; it doesn't cover damage from incorrect installation, which is why we recommend a professional for the mains hookup.)

Because every sign is custom-made to your logo, we can't accept returns on change-of-mind. That's exactly why we send you a free mockup to approve first — so you see and sign off on the design before anything is built. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it.
